Ya that’s why I thought it was a little odd Buttigieg leaves before Warren and Klobuchar, since those two are about as high up as one can get in the political arena ‘U.S. Senators’ whereas Buttigieg might have had the most to gain politically sticking around being a Mayor.

It would seem to me, an Aussie, that he has analysed the result of the most recent primary’s results and deduced that it was not viable to continue. That he concluded that his primary aim of defeating trump could be achieved via an alternate path.

Joe needs a solid win in Texas and at minimum break into the 15% delegate threshold set in California. If he doesn’t manage to break 15% in California Sanders is liable to be up around 250 delegates by Wednesday morning.
last I looked he was behind Bernie in Texas which for him is just awful.
At best they will probably split it with around 45% unless there’s a huge post Buttboi bail out shift before Tuesday which I don’t see happening.
