To be entirely clear - it’s arguments that were put forth in a motion a year ago, that the Judge rejected.

It’s old news.

So the question is to my liberal friends, did the FBI have any part in placing operatives there on January 6th that in part motivated the actions of those that were prosecuted?

As I pointed out here a long time ago, is it a coincidence that the FBI director in Michigan that did plant operatives to instigate the kidnapping of Governor Whitmer? When a judge threw out the case for some being prosecuted as a direct result, it was so embarrassing to the FBI…they transferred him. Now…guess where he went?

When Wray was asked directly about this very subject during a Congressional hearing, he would NOT deny it.
