Reloading is an activity, not a problem.

Understood, sorry.

The harm done to children who are subjected to performing in child pornography is demonstrable. By definition, that is not subjective.

Its an inferior firearm that fires an inferior cartridge. That’s the main difference.

No it can’t. The SCOTUS clearly said so.

“Stripper clip” to be exact.

You are misreading that sentence. They did not give carte blanch to ban any weapon for any reason.

The fee and restrictions are on the location, not the assembly.

Weight, caliber, accuracy. I’ll take an M1A over an AR any day.

We are not talking about body hair grooming.

:stuck_out_tongue:

It was, even the 9th Circuit had to throw it out and forced them to come up with a reasonable permitting process.

Tiny steps in the right direction.

There aren’t unless your “assembly” infringes on the rights of others and/or creates a threat to public safety.

Our rights only exist up to the point at which they infringe on the rights of others.

Full and half moon clips as well.

I agree.

I was just speaking to why anti-gun zealots seem to hate ARs, but ignore superior rifles that don’t have plastic furniture.

I’ve fired from a clip. I have an M1 Garand.

PLING! Watch that thumb. Did you get your Garand through the CMP?

No, I inherited it. It’s all in one one piece. According to a book I have the serial numbers put it from 1943.

Awesome, do you know the manufacturer? During WWII Garands were made by a dozen or more factories ( like everything else), including the Singer Sewing Machine Corp. The manufacturer should be stamped on the top of the receiver behind the rear sight.

It is a Springfield Armory one.

That’s a keeper. Ok now I’m insanely jealous. Have you had out to the range?
Never mind don’t tell me.
■■■■ me, an M1 Garand bestowed upon thee.
