Given Australia has a first class universal heath care system, a much higher minimum wage and well in excess of 25 years of uninterrupted annual economic growth history does show that it can work.

Cratic3947 as I pointed out Australia has universal health care and a much higher minimum wage than the USA. We also get, for full time workers, 4 weeks’ annual leave and 10 days of paid sick leave. Paid Long service leave after, generally, 10 years.
We currently have had an uninterrupted annual economic growth period in excess of 25 years. This includes the time during the GFC.
How do you reconcile your assertion the reality that is Australia?
On the first part, history has shown no such thing.
