Farmers pass due on their loan payments are up as much 287% so now the banks are going to do the same thing to the farmers that they did to Trump years ago. They’re going to protect themselves and loan them less money, require more collateral and decrease their risk.
Had to happen.
This could very well be to the next recession what the housing crisis was to the last recession.
Bad policies from the government will be the common factor between them.
You can’t make any omelet with breaking some eggs. Rural farmland wildly voted for Trump, and they’re the men that have to be sacrificed to win this trade war he promised would come if he won.
I’m sure the corporate mega-farms will buy up the land for pennies on the dollar.

This sacrifice is nothing compared to what our soldiers are doing in the Middle East.
It has to be the smaller/smallish farmers that are filing for bankruptcy. The bigger / huge companies normally can take more of a hit.
How would I go about investing in buying up some of the paper on those foreclosures? Because if it can put some cash in my pocket then ■■■■ ‘em!
