“ you can’t use executive orders unless you are a dictator." - Joe Biden

No, this is not the definition of leaks.

The definition of a leak is the unofficial release of information to the press

NO! … not unofficial, unauthorized. There is a significant difference.

There is a big difference - that’s my point.

Your definition is wrong. It is entirely contrary to the way the term is used.

It’s a farce. Kabuki. The denials are not plausible.

It depends on the situation, but I would agree that much political theater is transparent.

My definition is spot on. A leak is an unauthorized release of confidential information. If you are including deliberate releases through unofficial channels, then you are using it wrong.

Your definition is not the definition.

If I decide that the word “blue” really means green, that doesn’t change the actual definition of the word blue.

My definition is the only correct one.

So, everyone else is using the term wrong, but you’re using it right?

Everybody else isn’t using it that way. Only the people using it incorrectly are.

Now for what he actually said;

There are things you can’t do by executive order unless you are a dictator.

Especially when a fair number of leaks came from either Javanka or Trump himself

To achieve what?

Which is what Biden has been doing by EO.

It doesn’t matter.

Hilarious.

I think he just really tried to buy Greenland.

Why? Do you think it matters? If so, what’s your theory?

It wouldn’t be the first time that that proposal was floated.
