So why do we need a wall?

Cartel testimony talking about where drugs come across seems to indicate that they come across everywhere except the open border. Information that mirrors our own country’s intel but contradicts the President’s rhetoric.

Most drugs are smuggled into the United States onboard fishing boats, trains, tractor-trailers and ordinary cars that come into the country at legal ports of entry, according to former cartel members who’ve testified in the trial of notorious cartel leader [Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman]

Some cartel members have testified about using underground tunnels. But none have said they’ve transported drugs into the United States at unwalled sections of the border.

Still shows that walls work if they have to find an alternative way. in the more remote regions, do arial monitoring with agents at strategic locations that can intercept.

And it’s without saying that people who want to break the law, will always find try and find a way to beat the better mousetrap. Hell look at prisons. People are always looking for a way to escape, and looking for ways to get contraband inside. Doesn’t mean you don’t stop trying.

And funny how you side with those trying to break our laws. Won’t stop once they get here. If the work illegally, they break the law every day they work.

Yes it’s too bad that Republicans won’t do a thing about the employers who illegally hire undocumented immigrants perpetuating the problem by giving them incentive to be here.

Stop trying? We haven’t started trying. What about removing the incentive to come here by giving E-verify actual teeth? No jobs, no crises.

But we don’t need protection from Gangs coming across the borders?

Or how about the drugs coming across? Do we not need protection from that either?
Maybe we could just supply more Liberal Democrat sanctuary cities? That way when a well known illegal alien with a criminal background comes here they can protect him before he kills a legal immigrant cop?

Are you saying that our country implement the sane type of security that you have at your compound?

If so, let’s talk about cost and logistics.

Three really nice cement fortified drug tunnels were found last week. Walls dont work. And it certainly is not this Nations priority.

I am for home security, I am just against front doors.

so much easier to come through the checkpoints. no needy wally

tunnels are difficult and expensive to make and mantain

this doesnt prove walls dont work dear. it just proves what great lengths people go to to avoid the walls

and checkpoints

Unless you have a cheap pool of labor to draw on.

That is too funny! Tunnels expensive and difficult to maintain? The tunnel expert over there. Cemented tunnels are cheap and easy to maintain! Walls are expensive

 Never seen you and your side really want to do anything about those breaking the law hiring the illegals. The real cause for people crossing.

yet they carve tunnels and add railways, ventilation and solar lighting, and try to drive jeeps over the wall. ask lord cnn why that is

That just shows you walls are still not the solution you think they are.

You deny the truth.
I want them held accountable and even imprisoned if negligent. I’ve read others on the right say the same thing.

Amazing how little the left understands about defenses.

Virtually all defensive methods simply raise the price of attack. That is all they have ever done and all they do now. There is a constant dynamic of measure-countermeasure-countercountermeasure - ad infinitum. It is how we protect ourselves. The left is oblivious to how one defends anything.

Anytime the left lists a successful breech of a wall by anything more than simply walking over the border, they unwittingly acknowledge that a wall serves us well.

Get real. A few voices in the wind. In republican congress there’s NO real desire to do anything substansive to employers.

Not really that is 100x harder and stupider then simply driving the drug though a checkpoint.
