You made the claim that no Dr is going to perform a late term abortion. What is being asked by OAT is do you have any statistics that lists abortions for said state and the gestational age when said abortions were preformed.

Late term abortions are less that 1% of all abortions. They are only done if the fetus is not viable, and/or the life of the mother is at risk.

The idea that women with a healthy fetus, would have an abortion well beyond 26+ weeks is extremely rare. And the vast majority of Doctors would not perform an abortion under those conditions.

So I suppose, it is possible it has happen…but that is not condoned by virtually all those that are pro-choice. Nothing snarky about it. Also, if you read a few stories of women who had to get a 3rd trimester abortion, it is very sad and tragic…and is horrendous for the mother. Using those tragedies to push an agenda…is disgusting.

My parents were foster parents when I was young and my dad and step mom were both foster AND adoptive parents of 4 special needs (drug) babies. One has CP and is chair bound, one had severe autism, I say had because she died in 2021, one boy who is doing good even though he is mentally delayed, the last one they had to relinquish due to violent tendencies. Last I heard he was playing ball at a small college.

My wife and I considered adoption but her health issues caused us not to.

I support the mother and her doctor making that type of decision. Not the government.

My understanding is 3rd term abortions are very rare (under 1%) and are only preformed when the fetus is not viable,and continuing the pregnancy could be fatal to the mother. And/or there is no way the fetus will survive outside of the womb. Forcing the mother to carry the fetus to term should not be an option.

I applaud your parents. I am adopted. I had great parents and a great upbringing. I did meet my Bio-mom later in life, and my life would have been much different if she had not given me up for adoption.

If there is a replacement other than Harris then, the DNC does ot get immediate access to the delegates or the funds . . . and it will look like a conspiratorial attempt to avoid giving the nom to a woman of color.
