Far from being in disarray like the post claimed.

How about in return for Dems keeping the temperature down by not impeaching, those Republicans saying the election was stolen announce that the election actually was free and fair and Joe Biden is the legitimate POTUS?

2021 beats 2017 by mile.

50 senators > 46 senators

226 reps > 193 reps

Biden > trump

All elected GOP members already have.
You are never going to stop voters from saying what they want.
But maybe your one of the ones who want to abolish the 1st amendment.
Freedom of speech is not meant to protect you from speech you don’t like.

Outstanding summation, and a position I wholeheartedly agree with. What dire times these are.

I LIKE it! Well done Jimmy!

I refuse to give them a centimeter.

I’m done being civil. If they want me to toe the line, then they need to be more civil, and start proposing some things that I want- and at the top of that list, is a free society. No communism or socialism. No censorship, restrictions on abortion, and adherence to the Constitution in ALL situations, not just when it suits them.

And I hope my fellow Conservatives will join me.

So you’re saying that 2016 election was completely fair; the Trump supporters don’t owe the Democrats one thing, because they were the losers? That you really had no reason to constantly berate him for the four years he was in office?

Part of me hopes they actually go through with it, because it’s going to really reveal who toxic they actually are. They’ll get their second impeachment days before the man is legally removed from office. And the truth will get out. Win-win.

Then Hillary Clinton needs to do a recall on her book and apologize.

Still a Cruz and Carson fan. Will vote for them, even if the impeachment rumor is true and it fails, I will support Cruz over Trump. Cruz is the news.

They ran on unity to get the moderates vote. Remember, Biden was going to be the great unifier while Trump had been the great divider.
Now that they tricked the moderates to get in power, its like: well Trump went after his enemies so we will too. The only difference is they have the big tech companies in their pocket to help.

It’s a brilliant sidestep to constitutional issues. No need to tinker with laws if progressive tech companies will take care of any dissenting views, especially since freedom of assembly is limited during a pandemic.

2016 I suppose is just ancient history to you?

I doubt there’s much chance of such a ticket.

Carson will almost certainly return to private life and as much as I like Ted Cruz he’s got some serious work to do to become a viable candidate again outside of Texas.

The only unity they are or ever were interested in is Uniting the Left.

What do you mean in regards to Cruz? I hear Texas loves him, btw.

“outside of Texas”.

He can probably remain viable here as long as he wants to keep running for Senator.

I know I’d vote for him every time he ran. Keep him in a hinge position on the government; we need him. Sorely.

As much as I like him remain a senator I’d rather see him on the appeals court or even SCOTUS but now that’s a virtual impossibility.
