Ummm’ very interesting the whole virus thing on a thread about jobs.
Off topic much?
Me no likey’ brainy’ en’ facties’…
Me talky’ buggies’…
This a jobs thread…
You would not be “popping out from under a bridge”, on me know would ya’, hunh’?
Come on, give it a try…
Just put the mush covered wooden spoon down for a second, and stay on topic; that is jobs, not Buggies’.
Seriously, this is a jobs thread, weave the whole “buggies” thing into a jobs narrative at least.

Yeah, not like Covid has anything to do with the economy or jobs, silly people.
I love hypotheticals. Because you can make an argument on what’s theoretically possible.
Thank you for defining the working poor. Something that’s been around since forever.
few problems with your math (spin)
($15 x 40)+ (22.50 x 10) = 825 X 52 = 42900/12= 3575 per month.
this also assumes one earner, most aren’t. so lets ne more realistic.
1 person working 40hrs the other working 30
70 X 15 = 1050 X 52 = 54600/ 12 = 4550 per month
1200 is kinda high for a one or 2 bedroom in most places, lets make that a more realistic 900, we wll need to double the gas to 250 and med to 200. food is still about right except for lunch at work, add another 200. so the total is more like… 2550 in costs with 4550 in before tax income.
2000 bucks in disposable income (minus taxes) so likely 1400 to eat out, buy liquor and weed, or whatever else they desire
