It doesn’t matter! His job is to work & speak on the behalf of his boss, the Commander In Chief. The position he holds along with the Joint Chiefs of Staff are apolitical positions and if they can’t do that they all need to resign, or be fired.
Your gonna’ see people start approaching law enforcement with hidden camera’s just to get them to show they are violent, and the violent ones will take the bait, hook, line, and sinker.
All cops must identify if asked without any reason given for asking, and they have no right to ask the same of you.
You can walk up to any cop in a public park, and ask why they are there, and who they are.
A cop cannot just walk up to you in that park, and do the same.
Which is why you here all time about, “they fit the description.”
Got a source for that claim?
Under cover cops don’t have to tell you ■■■■■

Got a source for that claim?
Thousands, but I’m sure one will do.

Great advice, please post videos on FB, should be entertaining!

Some of us are asking why the police and NG are shooting paint canisters at people on their own property miles away from the looting/rioting instead of actually dealing with the rioting/looting. But let me guess, just more “proactive policing”, right? Whatever that’s supposed to mean.

Clinton used the military to outright murder everyone at Waco.

Honestly, as soon as the tanks started rolling in, those guys didn’t stand a chance.
Those tanks buried everyone in rubble, then backed out with flamethrowers blazing… Murder!!
Yep the next logical step is to come in with military, round up all those who disagree with us, and execute them. Then where are we?
Ok let’s use Florida as an example.
Surely as a resident; if you are? You must know that no law enforcement can just walk up to a citzen, and demand to know who they are, they can’t period, and they hate it when you tell them no.
Undercover cops have no authority to hide who they are while at the same ask for someone’s ID.
In Florida there are more people who pretend to be cops than most other states. When a plain clothed person who you don’t know asks for your name, and home address while refusing to tell you who they are, for your own safety do not comply period.
Sorry, this is not a police state, yet.
If I need to File a “notice of facts,” on this head I will.
This stuff should be known by all Americans.

You are only expected to identify yourself to Florida law enforcement officers (police officers and Sheriff’s deputies) when you are stopped on suspicion of a crime or a traffic violation.
Not when you are out fishing late at night on a private dock, as was the case with me when I was harrassed for 3 hours. Even a supervisor, and fish and game got involved ultimately. I was not breaking any law, I was on my private property, there was no curfew, and I refused to give my name, and address because it was unlawful for him to even ask me under those circumstances. This 25 year old arrogant Sheriff was just trying to push me around. I stood my ground, and in the end the supervisor apologized, and promised this Sheriff would not be seen around here anymore, I’ve yet to see him, day or night shift since.
Florida cops know this, and when they try to get someones info just cause they want it, they are destroying the social contract between them, and the people. That is how erosion happens, not just through public neck snapping displays.

Did he get the fish and game officer to check your license to get your name?

That was the end around yes, but it shows a more disgusting abuse beyond what I endured; it pisses me off now thinking about it!
All the money, time, and resources, used to what amounts to a knowing violation of my rights, on my private property! It, like many docks on US 1 one can just walk up, some have locks, some don’t, but they are all private unless part of a park. He was curious why I was fishing on my own dock? I needed his personal approval.
Sorry pal, I do not!
I stand with the military for showing me, the people respect. My local cops? I have a hard time standing with, a lot of people have similiar experiences to mine that Mr. Floyd’s horrific experience speaks too, and re-agitates.
Without going back, I don’t think you had those parameters on the previous statement. You said you could just walk up and demand ID. I pointed out at least one scenario where that is definitely not true and still have my doubts about any on the street encounter. Certainly when they arrest you , yes. Outside of that, there was so much crap to filter through when I started a search, I didn’t have time to refine my search terms to get more relevant results
And yes, I do live in Florida.

That would piss me off, I have a dock on the gulf side. I would throw him off for trespassing. Probably would have got arrested trying.
Do you have a problem with the looting, burning, beatings, and killings involved in the riots?
That seems to be a much bigger problem than what you are concerned about.
