5000 per day for 7 days. So long as day 7 was 4999, nothing could be done

This last one has always confused me. Anyone that has cracked open their Bible and has read Acts would know that the freedom of the Gospel doesn’t need political power to protect it.

So, we’ve had RFK and Tulsi come over to the light and supposedly there are more announcements to come. So, what other peace loving, rights loving, Democrats out there have a history of railing against government power and the MIC?
Dennis Kucinich?
Ask your self:
WHY is USA the richest?
People who crossed the border illegaly are NOT plumbers, electricians and carpenters.

Substitute ‘healthy, food and shelter secure’ for happy.
We lack people in those professions because we were short sighted and convinced everyone to go to Universities. Now we have tons of young people in debt before they are 22 and holding degrees not worth the paper they are printed on.

oh, so now we’ve moved on from healthy to feeding them and housing them… what a perfect little marxist utopia

In my opinion government (state and Federal) has a vested interest in ensuring the nations population is healthy, educated, has access to housing etc. They should not be the sole arbiter of this but need to create an environment that helps to facilitate this.
we have that environment, its call free market capitalism within a constitutional republic.

Hilarious that they are still crying about a bill which would have forced future presidents to keep the border open.
They (libs) are either that dumb about the bill or that dishonest.

They know. They have to know. Nobody is that stupid. Well, not many. Some have “joy” instead of brains.

And open borders isn’t that environment.

Never said it was. Of course we need stricter controls at the border; however the world has never seen a movement of people in this scale before. Looking bigger picture we need to think what can we do nations to improve conditions in those countries. Obviously some of those countries will not be receptive but taking an isolationist approach will not help.
Repatriating the 11 million here illegally is not logistically possible but both sides need to come together to hammer out a solution which will require compromises from everyone. This is why we elect people to these offices. Thats their job.

You feel that’s the central government’s purview?
