I understand…that’s why we need orderly immigrant/work permits. It would cost helluva less then what we are doing now.
Work permits will work for Mexicans.
I don’t think they’ll work so well for the others.
Work permits are a 1980s solution. This is a 2025 problem.
And in 2025, Mexicans aren’t the problem.
Venezuelans aren’t coming here to work, they’re coming to live. They have no intention of going back.
