I was thinking about this yesterday will monitoring a workplace. Know what I’ve never seen in all my years?
A female working for a port-a-can service company in the field. A critically important job, obviously an entry level or temporary position for anybody with any cognitive ability or ambition at all.
Not one female. Not once. Ever.
I just thought it was interesting.
Women outnumber men from birth, unless their government had a one child policy and a cultural propensity for the elderly living with their son. Add to that the reality of males engaging in risky activities far more often than females and the ratio of women to men gets larger with age. Now add in that a percentage of the males will be low life slackers, who a smart woman wouldn’t give the time of day, let alone a home and children. Then spread a narrative to young, inexperienced girls that being a wife, and having a family and life with a man is nothing but perpetuating evil patriarchal oppression. And bingo, you have women nearing the end of their child bearing years, vastly outnumbering the remaining men their age, with a high percentage of those unattached men falling into the low life slacker category.
