People have been murdering people since people existed, that isn’t changing any time soon. Before guns existed it was the rule of strength, guns leveled the playing field and that’s a good thing, especially for the weak.

The purchase code only identifies the category of the item purchased, it does not identify the details of the item. Even if they created a code for every product (which would be nearly impossible) it would not identify the serial number.

How can a society that constantly monitors the behavior and thoughts of every citizen be considered “more free”? The very concept is infinitely oppressive.

Uh huh. Except americans, where guns are easy to get, murder each other way more frequently than in countries where guns are harder to get.
So, hey, sure, people kill each other. We are just way better at it! Yay America!
