They were all bad lawyers so far three of them have all plead guilty.

I love how your comments desperately try to minimize the charges but something tells me these lawyers feel differently right about now.

If only they had some basic training of the law they would have realized their mistake in pleading out…

As for appealing her guilty plea, she potentially could, but from what I’ve read in these situations they often attach an agreement that the plea won’t be appealed. I’m not sure if they have with her, so curious if anyone has that intel.

No, she plead guilty so she won’t appeal. If she plead guilty to RICO violations and someone else later appeals a conviction and the appellate court decides RICO doesn’t apply, then what happens to her plea? Just a hypothetical. I’m not even sure if she plead guilty to the RICO part.
