Of course she is going to say what the kangaroo court demands to stay out of jail. I bet YOU would too.

Propaganda purposes.
I know exactly how this garbage is done. The DA pulls the defendant in and puts a “plea deal” on the table and tells the defendant that they need to take the deal. If they don’t then the DA will take it to court. DA tells defendants that they will probably win in court but the DA will make sure the court battle breaks them financially. Also starts threatening to go after family, friends, business associates, etc.
The defendants take the deal.
Thats how it works.

She will make up incriminating stories about her co-defendants on a witness stand?
Perjury has a very real risk of persecution and jail …seems like a strange thing for an innocent peson to do, especially one with such a distinct legal history and experience…
Or she did a crime …
Actually either she didn’t do a crime and is now commiing a crime…or she did do the crime and is now admitting to it
Either way she is criming?

You’re in deep my friend. It takes a lot of mental gymnastics to get where you are.

No, telling the truth will not be perjury, but telling the truth in democrat kangaroo court will get you a stretch in prison as they threatened her.

She will say whatever the DA tells her to say under the threat of deal withdrawal.

mobiusptc:
She is not willingly pleasing guilty to political prosecution charges…she is willingly pleading guilty to criminal charges
No one is forcing her to accept guilt charges as she will state under oath to the judge. You think she is perjuring herself?
Happens all the time. The defense evaluates their chances under the judge and jury and is presented with the risk of decades in prison or a slap on the wrist. A feeling of guilt has nothing to do with it. They then lie to,the judge that they are pleading because they are guilty and not to avoid the threat of having their lives ruined. Conspiring to determine if the voting machines were steeling the election was likely illegal, though imo little blameworthy (though not very bright). Other than that, what terrible crime did she commit?

But you have already said she is committing perjury by pleading guilty and testifying in court against her Rico buddies.
That not criming?
Or have a trial and present your case.

Watched a lot of law order or stayed in a holiday inn express?
The DA needs evidence to show to defense counsel to push a settlement.
