So we would expect to see in 2020 a lower mortatilty rate - as compared to previous years - from flu, cardiac, and respiratory illness then?
I am not answering all of those questions, obviously. I addressed your post as I saw fit. If you don’t like it, that is fine. Go to the CDC website or the Census page and find the information for yourself if you really want to know, I got stuff to do.
How about we just admit those figures aren’t available yet so we have no idea?

The deaths caused directly by COVID are being exaggerated by including everyone who was tested positive for the virus (either pre or post mortem,) even if they were in the final stages of another fatal disease, as being a COVID death. The head of the CDC made that very clear in press conferences. There is no way that the number of COVID deaths is undercounted.

If some do not want the shots, I am fine with that.
I want mine ASAP. I could care less about those who don’t or refuse.
Now one of the most assinine I head this week is a complete waste of money.
Nearly 4 in 10 Americans do not want to take the Covid vaccine. HHS is planning to spend $250 million to convince the U.S. it is safe
Take that $250 million and pump it into COVID business relief. ■■■■ em who are to hardheaded to get the vaccine. We need to thin the herd…
■■■■■ COVID death rate is less than 2%. So a lot of idiots will not be affected or infected anyway.

What? I never watch MSNBC and the one time I do they mislead me. Now should I tell everyone the truth and look like an ■■■■■■■ or let ‘em figure it out themselves?
“Stupid is as stupid does” -Forest Gump
Bet me the “dumbing down of the American educational system” hasn’t worked.
In reality the 4 in 10 who won’t Vax are too fat, dumb and lazy to educate themselves about the vaccines.
Remarkable, ■■■■■■■ remarkable.

I also think it is insane not to get the vaccine when available.
Just because people are stupid is not a reason to let them die or get sick when there is a vaccine.

A lot but it doesn’t fit the lib narrative.

Please tell people the truth. The alternative could be dangerous.

So are you suggesting that authorities should declare everyone who refuses the vaccine to be insane so they can be forced to get the shots?

The people have been told the truth. It is up to them to make a ■■■■■■■ decision, Bro.
But it’s not particularly harmful. All it contains is the proteins and buffers to help the virion get into the host cell, and then the virion itself which is mRNA that codes for the surface structures of the virus. In a sense, it doesn’t contain the virus itself, but the virus’ “clothes,” making the immune system aware by exposing it to what it’s going to detect in the future. Think of it as showing the body a picture of the virus, saying “this is what this pathogen looks like; when you see it, go after it” without having to actually see the virus.
No preservatives, nothing else. I promise, it’s perfectly safe.
I don’t believe it even contains stem-cells, at least from the research I’ve gathered on its laboratory phase of manufacturing.

Nope they made a calculated decision. We all got the same information. Some people are block headed stupid. Maybe this will thin the population a little or save some social security payments

I’m in tier 2 or 3 (I’m not exactly sure, but I believe that since my mom is a PCP and she risks getting exposed to it every day, and then she comes home asymptomatic- if she catches it- then that might put the rest of the family at increased risk as well). I can’t wait to get the vaccine, honestly, and I would like to get both shots, because the efficacy increases from just 50% after the first shot, to 95% after the second. But spread it out over a week or something, so the immune system doesn’t get overwhelmed and do one thing at a time.
Might want to reread that. Over 50% efficacy is shown at 2 weeks and in the trials they didn’t run titers beyond 28 days at which both were showing in the 90% range. The follow up shot is more precautionary than anything.
Remember for the entire process to work it takes 60-90 days to develop lasting immunity for the complete targeted immune response.
There is always a lag between vaccination and the full template being made and production of receptor specific antibodies to be formed in numbers adequate to defeat the antigen following a second exposure.

I agree, but I’d like to know what he thinks. He’s the one that seems to be suggesting that choosing to not get vaccinated is evidence of insanity.
True- first exposure requires weeks to build up an immunity; all subsequent exposures take days thanks to memory cells.
Can I then claim disability benefits?
