DACA would be one.

three unlawful wars.

You don’t even know why you believe that. The TV told you so is all.

They estimated Ghadaffy might kill 10,000 people he called terrorist’s, but who knows if that was true. And even if it was, the cure was 100 times worse than the problem.

This thread reminds me of a quotation from Noam Chomsky:

“NATO exists to deal with the problems created by its existence.”

It’s taken them about 60 years, but the mainstream American right has finally caught up with him.

Same can be said of government in general.

Funny that…I remember you and every other lib on this forum ridiculing me at the time.

I’m hoping you’re turning your self around.

You keep mistaking me for a Lib.

So it’s not surprising you mistook my stance on Libya.

Ridiculing you for what? You mean Libya?

I remember you well Jay.

Stolen any more of my talking points and using em elsewhere? :sunglasses:

You have a bad memory…

I would deny it too Jay.

Seems like you’re finally learning tho.

A few seem to have…mores the worse.

Seems like this has come up more.

Anyone changed their minds about this, one way or the other?

Meanwhile formerly anti-war left is welcoming neocons and adopting McCarthyism with a vengeance.

War crimes and suspending civil rights are fine so long so they are directed against domestic political opponents.

We should either end NATO or return NATO to a strictly defensive organization.

NATO has brought death in destruction instead of democracy and freedom.

I’ll put you down as “Yes.”

same as before

After Ukraine wins and is in Nato, we should change the nature of our relationship to “observer” status. Europe will ne able to take care of itself then, we’d just be a backstop. Then we can concentrate our efforts on expanding ANZUS to create a Pacific “Nato” including SK, Japan, Philippians, Thailand, and with much diplomacy the other quad countries.

Are we going to include South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia as well?
