No, I am saying we shouldn’t pair them with drugs that will destroy your liver if you take too much, since it’s beyond obvious some people will abuse it. There is no logical explanation for combining them in the same pill. Well none except deterring and or punishing those people with liver failure.

Opioids are already dangerous when abused.

The logical explanation is that they relieve pain more effectively when used in conjunction.

That’s beyond my pay grade, but a pharmaceutical reason is much more likely then a grand conspiracy theory to catch people addicted to opioids.

Come on, you don’t need a medical degree to know your stomach, bloodstream etc. has no way of knowing if it came down the hatch in one pill or two.
