He is going to be behind in more than one state and the chances of having all of those overturned is miniscule. He can still concede, let legal challenges continue, and complain about being cheated. Hillary did.

Trump’s own lawyers admitted under oath that there were R observers in the room the entire time.

He has been screaming they were going to cheat for quite a while, if they did and he didn’t catch them red handed, well…

My question there would be, you are the President, if someone was breaking the law and not allowing observers, why didn’t you use the power you have at your disposal to make them?

He’s behind in more than one state but there was wide spread cheating in more than one state.
It had to be coordinated.
yes it has to be, no way he could have lost

If he goes to jail, it will be after rock solid proof of his guilt is proven in court. He can be expected to have the best legal team money can buy, and if convicted of whatever, it’ll be because he’s guilty as sin.

He should, but since he’s a bitch made dude and a failure he won’t.
Take that hot L like a man and disappear…
I want him out of public life…

By ‘find a way’ do you mean: prosecute him for decades of tax fraud?

Trump will follow every President and vastly increase his wealth.
He won the most improbable Presidential election in modern history. Nobody can take that away.
His policies will age well.
Looking forward to how Biden handles the virus and economy.

He doesn’t need to concede for them to do that.

Trump isn’t going to face any legal jeopardy.

He is broke now and a terrible business man… he is not going to do anything.

Or: he dropped white males by 5 points, everywhere. Despite leaning into toxic, suicidal machismo.
The law states that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted in state court, if I remember correctly. And if Trump was re-elected, the statute of limitations would have run out.

If that makes you feel good…run with it.

SDNY and the IRS may have different thoughts. Not to mention the various and sundry civil suits that have been on hold.
When he concedes I predict that it will be a WH statement. In person he will always claim that the election was rigged and that he won.
Take that to the bank.
And I believe that since it is unclear if he can pardon himself, he will resign and Pence will give him a full pardon. And on inauguration day Trump will be on the golf course cheating his way to a win.

He’s lying about observers not being allowed, as his campaign lawyers have had to admit in court several times. There are tons and tons of observers and even news cameras in those counting rooms.
