And as someone who has a friend serving time for being the driver of a car that was used in a robbery, I’m aware there can be charges for just being there. Fortunately, this guy’s crime didn’t involve any injuries or deaths. So yes, the other hoods should be charged and eligible for the same penalty as the others.

No. You cannot bear arms at my house. I would let police bear arms however. Other places I’m okay with your right to bear arms be suspended. Court rooms would be an example.

I don’t think illegals should be arrest for no other crime but I’m not interested in preventing immigration from doing so. Certainly not when they could be better spending their time arresting illegals who do commit other crimes.
