no-one to date has been confirmed to have died from omicron, even if one, two or ten had, omicron is not “just as deadly” to anyone.
there are not 100K kids in serious condition
there are no children to my lnowledge on ventilators, never mind “many”

these are the lies the leftist tell to justify an otherwise non justifiable government over reach

There are great minds on the bench, all listening and considering her words, the facts and reality. There’s 9 Judges, not just 1. I’ll let them clear the air of any stupidity being said and I don’t think they’ll be swayed.

But i am glad that we are back to knowing that someone is lying based on reality and not based what we think that person knows or believes

not the case at all. making a statement you believe to be true that turns out false is not lying, its being mistaken. in this case it is clear that sotomayor has to know her statements are false. there is no way in hell she’s misinformed since there is no source that could possibly inform her of those “facts”. the fact is she obviously made it up. that is a lie.

she did not get the information from the briefs before her, no such argument is made
she didn’t get it from the cdc, no such claim is made
she didn’t get it from the news, no such claim is made
