No, the “riots” have not “been in response to police brutality towards people of color,” as will be evident when the profiles of those arrested for the violence are published in due time.

How will their profiles show that?

Take the handcuffs and ropes off the cops and they can stop the rioters.

NYPD is the example to follow. They looked like a Spartan phalanx pushing back the thugs. They did not throw up the white flag like Minneapolis.

Examples? The only attacks against the president I’ve seen regarding this have been in reaction to his comments on the riots.

You guys are really specific about your brands. Whether its protest depends on the motivation for doing such crimes. Oh, I see, we’re talking about a specific riot. To answer your question, nothing. They are causalities of a riot. That’s probably because you are being overly specific. It’s destruction and vandalism in general in protest of how Floyd was treated. You won’t get better than that because riots are basically chaos. They are rarely well reasoned. Yes, I agree.

It sounds like you are trying to survey, so to speak, the liberals on this forum and then conflate that to be representative of the opinions of those involved in the protests. You do realize that’s incredible inaccurate, right?

I was mistaken in my earlier statement that these protests were about how Floyd was treated. They are partially, but Floyd was the catalyst, the protests are more about the ongoing mistreatment of blacks by police and the criminal justice system overall.

Once Federal resources are requested, they will not be following mommy-governors’ orders but Trump’s. And he will unleash law-enforcement to do their job as they see it on the ground, like against Al Qaida. Then the libs will rip into him.

A policeman was stabbed in the throat and killed. Lethal force will be met with lethal force. If Aunty Phuh! uses lethal tactics under federal enforcement, she will meet the same, but applied far more expertly.
