California is just now being exposed and the extent appears to be the largest by far. That doesn’t excuse any states that have committed fraud. I don’t care where it exists, I want it exposed, stopped and those committing it prosecuted.

Can’t wait to watch that backfire.
First, there are 50,000 TSA TSO’s at airport gates. There are 22,000 ICE officers. If you pulled every ICE officer off the street they wouldn’t even account for half of the TSO’s.
Then there will be the public reaction to having ICE officers at airport gates. I realize conservatives embrace the idea with open arms. In reality I don’t see it going well for travelers or ICE agents.
