The way I look at it is that they clearly didn’t value their own life when decided to steal from someone. It’s not my job to determine their worth. That’s their job. If you steal from someone and you get blasted for it, that’s entirely on you, not the person doing the shooting.

You can make a decision to murder or not murder someone over an inanimate object.

I personally don’t think that murder should happen.

Murder is unjustified killing. If they are brazen enough to break into my locked storage building and take my ATV and I catch them in the act and they don’t surrender when I tell them to stop, what happens next is entirely on them.

I dunno man. If someone jacked my four wheeler I’d be really tempted to put some buckshot into them. It was expensive and I worked a long time to save up for it.

At the very least they are getting pistol whipped.

I don’t think that murdering someone for material possessions is a rational thing to do.

Unless they’re gonna buy me another 5,000 dollar ATV I don’t think it’s very replaceable. I have a kid now. I can’t afford to blow that kind of money anymore like I used to. I worked and saved for years for it.
