The problem is, may different factions make up those people who voted Trump out. Now they are all looking for different things from the Biden administration. In two years, without question, some of those factions are going to be very upset at the way this is going and turnout will be depressed. While the Trump voters will turnout in droves especially for candidates Trump endorses.

I don’t see him saying it was to worship trump.
I see what he is saying as here is what I think this man is. A professional, who is a republican, that in the artists eyes he was a patriot that took on the old guard in dc and that trump is old and should be retired and enjoying the last years of his life but that he has chosen a different path.

It is amazement. The left believed that they had made trump and his supporters so toxic that no one would ever admit they supported trump or his polices.
Many leftist and rino’s are amazed that there are voters who are still behind the policies that trump gave voice to.
Trump being at cpac is a shot across the bow of the old rino’s that there is a part of the conservative party that are not going to accept going back to the old ways.
