Will a trial take place…apparently the Dems have decided to pursue this stupidity. Which is sad because 1- they won’t get 67 votes and 2- there is lots of good information from pretty smart people explaining that this nonsense is totally unconstitutional…John Roberts is apparently out. The Constitution says he presides over a trial of the sitting president…Trump’s a private citizen.

That’s what Rand Paul said. He claimed Roberts has “privately said he’s not supposed to come unless it’s an impeachment of the president.”

According to the US Constitution, “when the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside” — a requirement not made for any other impeachment case.

Obviously Biden’s policies are more in line with Obama’s than trumps.

Obama first blocked it.

Trump moved forward with it.

Biden has blocked it again.

Elections have consequences.

A return to Democratic Party polices.

One of which is to side with environmentalist over corporations when it comes to this.

Just a policy disagreement.

Schumer scheduled one I think but I don’t think the articles have been delivered to the Senate yet. You will know John Roberts really despises Democrats if he waits until the last minute to say it’s unconstitutional and he isn’t coming.
