How many lives have cloth face coverings saved?

Don’t know if that’s been calculated or can be, but if the science shows it helps the spread, then logically it can be assumed at least one if not more lives have been saved.

I don’t have the numbers for that, but if everyone was restricted to a max speed 10 MPH it would have much more of an effect on the economy than asking everyone to wear a mask when outside.
