4:05 PM ET – Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Legal Analyst and author of the Russia Hoax, the paperback for this bestseller comes out on February 12th and you can find out more on Hannity.com and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney, are here to discuss the news from Catherine Herridge today which only confirms what our good friend Gregg Jarrett reported on back on 1/17. From Gregg’s column:

Prosecutors on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating alleged “collusion” between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia knew all along that the anti-Trump “dossier” compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele that fueled their probe was biased and likely phony.
Yet instead of investigating those individuals at the FBI and Justice Department who actively participated in the dossier fraud – as he should have done – Mueller hired several of them to investigate Trump.

FROM CATHERINE HERRIDGE:

Fox News has confirmed new details about the contact between DOJ official Bruce Ohr, and now special counsel lead prosecutor Andrew Weissmann. We have confirmed that in recent congressional Testimony, Ohr testified that he met with Weissmann in August 2016, to share information from former British spy Christopher Steele and specific information “related to the Russian Government’s attempt to interfere with the Presidential election

“I think the criminal division officials also wanted to make sure that the criminal and national security parts of the FBI were talking or communicating.”

4:30 PM ET – Eric Bolling, Senior Political Anchor at the Blaze TV, is in Washington, DC for the State of the Union and will be featuring some terrific guests on his show over the next two days as we wait and watch President Trump’s address.

5:30 PM ET – Herschel Walker, former NFL player for the Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants (as well as former bobsledder, sprinter, and mixed martial artist). Herschel now works with President Trump’s administration on the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, urging every day American to live healthier lifestyles. Today he joins to talk about Super Bowl 53 and the excitement that just never happened, from the game to the half time show; it was just plain boring.

At no time was Super Bowl 53 as compelling, entertaining, or satisfying as that video of a naked guy pooping while flipping into a lake. Sunday evening would have been better spent watching that again. But we watch the Super Bowls we are given, so our options are either to admire the defensive dominance on display in the Patriots’ 13-3 win over the Rams or to whine about it. Guess which I choose.
In a game that was the worst of all worlds, this was somehow the lowest-scoring Super Bowl in history while also being the Patriots’ largest margin of victory in a Super Bowl; it was not close and it was not fun. (h/t Deadspin)
