Maybe I should ask “What is the percentage of the population can a group be below which it’s OK to discriminate against them?”

If a group is only 1% of the population, is it OK to discriminate against them?

2%? 3%?

I know it’s not as high as 12% because that’s the percentage of blacks in the population and I think we are all agreed one shouldn’t be allowed to discriminate against them.

What if they are gay but not wearing a dress.

Unless they are inappropriately acting out or discussing it with the class how would the class even know?

Yeah, how would they know. What is inappropriately acting out.

I’ve had plenty of teachers growing up discuss their significant other. Should that be against the law?

Don’t google “fuitloop”. NSFW

I didn’t even realize this was still an issue.

A person should not be fired for this.

The problem could be an argument over exactly why someone is fired.

There are much bigger issues right now.

It’s circular.

Something doesnt’ have to be illegal to be inappropriate for a first grade class.

Why is it inappropriate for a first grade class?

Because of the age of the students.

Six year olds do not have the same mental capacity or emotional stability and maturity as 16yo’s much less adults.

When are they old enough to learn gays are icky.

If they can handle their parents being married, they should be able to handle other people being married.

Is 16 the age you think humans have the mental capacity or emotional stability to learn about same-sex marriage?

Right. And two people love a man. One is a woman and one is a man. You can fire the man because he is a man but not the woman?

Try sticking to one topic at a time.

We’re talking about a male first grade teacher in a dress.

Not appropriate.

already got buyer remorse because he didn’t agree with you

Try keeping up with what’s being discussed. The Subject was Roberts and why he took up the case and ruled as he did.

Gorsuch followed the constitutions, under the “Equal Protection” clause the decision was a no brainer.

Okay, fine… and you still haven’t answered why its inappropriate other than “men don’t wear dresses”. Do you think thats a strong argument?

My cultural norms are not your cultural norms.

No futher explanation is necessary nor will it be forthcoming.

First graders don’t need to be dealing with gender confusion in class especially when it is generated by their teacher.
