I am interested to know what our conservative friends think of Gorsuch’s decision on this?

Pragmatic.

I dont agree I think this ruling will refire the base and re-enthuse them

Yes and we still have the DACA and the trump financial records cases coming up.

We shall see.

Allan

I don’t think trump’s base (other than the extreme alt-righties) cares about homosexuals any more.

Nine yards. For this.

Because Trump’s first nominee sided with the liberals on the court? That’s certainly an interesting take on the situation.

Still discriminating.

Bad ruling…and why SCOTUS is crap. I’m not even sure they understand our Constitution and BoR’s.

Well then maybe president and senate right now should change it to 21…and add 12 new justices.

You never hear me whining when SCOTUS goes against the way I think.

Just the way it is.

Accept it or write a constitutional amendment stating that gays and trans can be discriminated against.

But it was Gorsuch, trumps nominee that wrote the opinion.

Are you saying Trump made a bad choice?

Allan

Yes…so much for originalist.

i think they will see the “Deep State” has infiltrated the SCOTUS an i am sure it will be spun like that by some commentators that tout themselves as Conservative not Republicans

A lot of people tell me Trump only hires the best and the brightest

Lets put it this way. SCOTUS now puts sexual deviants in same category as Blacks and other racial minorities.

Think about that for moment.
