Well now you’re just being silly. But if you want to go there- white men make up 31 % of our country but 55 % of the Supreme Court. Not really representational of the US demographic.

The black nation is over represented in active judges by 3%. Latinos are under represented by about 12%.

Maybe a good leveling would be to hold off on black nominations for a few years and favor Latinos.

Of course if we move to a Norway-type competitive track system, it could become problematic.
