They can record a teacher if they wanted to discreetly.

There aren’t students who can pull a fast one?
Surely none of these teens have ever stayed out past curfew, or snuck out of the house?
Teens are just sweet, much bigger versions of babies & toddlers.
And if you believe any of this, I have a get rich quick scheme to sell you
In the context of my post that you replied to, I’m not following what you are saying here …

How often is it claimed that this sort of thing is happening, but not reported? I have seen nothing about that here.
Most schools have strict prohibition about cell phone use in class.
If a kid wants to record a teacher, they certainly can discreetly.
Yes…if they are on their phone…they can be taken away.
So … how often does it happen and not get reported?

A phone in their lap ,or under a paper, recording audio could be done quite easily.
Here’s yet another - how many more are in schools?

The Texas law that is often referred to as an anti CRT law, though it does not use that term, includes a part that a teacher cannot be forced to have current issue discussions but it does not prohibit them. It says when such discussions are held all students should be able to express their own views.
That is a far cry from this teachers attitude of if you don’t agree with me, get out.
