Saner heads prevail, debt limit passes the Senate and on the way to President Biden

I made you a list.

 I mean declaring unconditional victory based on fee fees and then getting personal when the light is shone.

Look at your OP.

That Brandon negotiated at all goes in my column.

Climb up there.

I got cuts.

And remember, not a single dem is ever worried about the deficit ever.

If I ever need fresh ones for you, I have them.

You have just sent nine consecutive messages without awaiting any replies.

This is another of your rhetorical tricks: spray one liners into the debate and then whenever anyone responds to one or more of them, spray additional short messages. Eventually it looks like you are controlling the discussion just based on volume, but you are just using volume to keep people from focusing.

The overwhelming Freedom Caucus vote against the agreement shows just how dissatisfied they were with the outcome. Your claims to the opposite are contradicted by the way the Freedom Caucus members voted; and action is a much truer gauge of where someone is at than spin.

I have linkies!

If I wait on critprogs to get their replies, I’m liable to die of old age.

Sure, sure. That river only flows one way.

I haven’t made any claims. You did.

Beat it.

Biden played a smart hand for his election chances in 24 but will hamstring future Democratic presidents as the debt limit becomes a regular time to hold the country hostage.

Debt limit crises havent happened during Republican presidencies because ā€œcutting spendingā€ is kabuki. Trump raised the debt by 8 trillion dollars without any significant congressional pushback.

By making this deal last two years Biden doesnt have to revisit this next year when he is campaigning in the General election. That helps him a lot. But it will be used as a cudgel on Biden in negotiations in his 2nd term if he wins.

Congress was who wanted 'Rona dollars.

GOP House passed every spending bill, the budget busting tax cuts and never asked for concessions at the time of the debt limit during Trump’s tenure.

Its political theater. They don’t care.

Yes, and dems screamed for stimmys.

Don’t get me wrong, Trump is not a conservative. But don’t try to revise history either.

Of course it’s kabuki. Why would they care?

Myth.

And do you think they will take any time in the next two years to resolve the problem?

It is to laugh.

Duller minds will clap tho.

We need a comprehensive package of cuts and tax increases. We’ve needed it for years.

No.
