As I said earlier. The plaintiffs attorneys will be publishing the discovery.
Also stated that the settlement was likely agreed to by the bankruptcy trustees.

Considering the trustees have already dealt with the divested assets, that’s just a formality. What is left for them to object to?
But I want to reemphasize the point. Those who are mad at Remington for settling are venting at the wrong entity. They are party to this in name only. All of the decisions are being made by others.
What does the second amendment have to do with this lawsuit.
