You may be right but you’re so intent on asserting you seem to forget that assertions without support are just displays of bias.

If plaintiffs prevail in these “ambulance chasing lawyers” cases, would then auto makers be susceptible to legal action for deaths caused by their products?
I’m sure some industrious person will punch up the numbers of vehicular deaths that occur annually in the US.
Lookee at all the dough those lawyers could be makin’!

Airplane manufacturers were liable for life and put the private plane business…almost completely out…until the law was fixed in 1994 under the General Aviation Revitalization Act. I believe that’s the intent for the future of gun manufacturers by those on the left.

The murderers fled the scene in a Toyota Corolla! Sue Toyota!
For what?
The car started when they turned the key!
This is dumbassery to an incredible level.
I’d like to see this reach the SCOTUS and get a one sentence verdict:
“Are you out of your ■■■■■■■ mind!”

Exactly which is why this case should have never been allowed to go forward and if they do prevail will almost certainly fail on appeal.
Imagine what it would do to Hollywood and the gaming industry?

They are suing over the advertising. This is going to be a 1st Amendment issue.

Yep, I’m guessing that’s how the case was allowed to precede and why it’s a mine field for every advertiser, producer, writer in the country.
If the advertising is found to be the cause then Hollywood, the Gaming industry, and virtually every manufacturer in the country is done.
