I agree, he’s moved on. When Christianity was just beginning, the city of Corinth had temples dedicated to homosexual sex. The NT doesn’t demand they close, or even preach against them. It does insist Christians repent of that lifestyle, just like they must repent of drunkenness or adultery.

Trump has been quoted as being against gay marriage. Here is a transcript from an interview with Chris Wallace:

Its not irrelevant because just as Trump has made no policy’s for or against the LGBTQ community. the other past Presidents didn’t do much either.
I don’t believe even if Trump puts 2 more conservative judges on the Supreme Court it isn’t going to change Same Sex Marriages or Abortion.

His stated intent is to appoint judges who will rule against it. What Trump says is and always will be relevant. If you choose to not “believe” it is irrelevant.

I would like to see the Policy’s be rolled back because I believe EVERYONE should be treated as Equals and we shouldn’t have policy’s put in place like this. If we want this stuff to stick like this policy then Congress should do its job and make them laws. which is how i see Trump removing many of these policy’s and EO.

Everyone should be treated like equals. That’s why we have these policies, for example banning discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identification for Medicare providers.

If you think the Trump administration is removing these regulations because they think they’re out of his authority then please provide proof of such otherwise you’re just making it up as you go along to rationalize that which you said wasn’t happening.

Daca Policy was pulled away and Trump Said this to members of congress and the senate:

“A clean DACA bill, to me, is a DACA bill where we take care of the 800,000 people,” he said. “We take care of them and we also take care of security. That’s very important.”

So again my rationalization can hold that I believe he is pushing things back on congress to actually make laws about and not just presidential policy that can be removed with each president.

No I am applying that he is removing Policy’s that he believes should be made laws by the Congress if people actually want them.

Do you disagree that Congress should make that POLICY a law to prevent a president from changing that policy or revoking it?

I see Trump telling Congress to do its Job. He has done this several times.

Missing in your analysis, he’s president, not managing those properties himself. And percentage wise, bet its very low. He’s got lots of properties, that a few are in violation is not a pattern, its expected.

He wasn’t president in 2012 when his Vegas restaurant was closed down for health violations. Nor was he president in 2015 when Mar a Lago had their health violations. Also, he doesn’t have that many restaurants. It’s less than 10 and they all have a worse record than the Red Hen.
