This is old news!! There was a IG investigation into Russian meddling and it found that “yeah” the Russians meddled with some pro & con social media ads of both Trump & Hillary and funded some pro & con rallies for both candidates, in fact Michael Moore (unknowingly I hope) took part in a Russian financed anti-Trump rally. And I believe there is some legislation now to prevent Russians & other foreigners from meddling in election while they are in the country but nothing has been done and maybe nothing can be done about social media ads which can be generated anywhere on the globe. That IG investigation also reported that NO AMERICANS “colluded” with the Russians in the election meddling.
I mean seriously what is wrong with NBC news, oh never mind
