You either believe in freedom of thought, freedom who you want to associate, freedom of idea’s or you don’t.

There isn’t much room for gray area. Once you walk into that gray area you never know where it will lead too.

For me that line is threats and intimidation.

To use an extreme example -

One has the right to believe a black person should die tomorrow because he’s black.

One does not have the right to kill a black person tomorrow because he’s black.

Obviously, denying service is nothing like murder. But the principle is the same.

But FTR, you are right SCOTUS stretched the commerce clause farther than it ever has for PA laws. If you read the opinions, they explain their reasoning as best they can, but will always be a stretch.
