This is perfect. If both parties think Russia is trying to interfere in the elections, possibly helping their opponents, then maybe both sides will come together and do something about it. What real motivation does a party benefiting from foreign interference have to change things?

Since Russia’s goal is to help Trump by trying to swing votes his way, and Russia’s secondary goal is to help Trump by supporting his preferred opponent, I don’t anticipate any motivation for change from the Republicans.

I must say that for the last four years they have some wonderfully useful idiots on the Democrat side. The Russians can only hope there are more people at the DNC and the various Democrat candidate campaigns who are freaking stupid enough to give away their email logins.
