RUDY ON HANNITY: The President Violated ‘ZERO’ Campaign Finance Laws

‘America’s Mayor’ Rudy Giuliani stopped by ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night to weigh-in on Robert Mueller’s months-long witch hunt, saying the President violated “zero” campaign finance laws during the 2016 race for the White House.

Giuliani confirmed that the President “reimbursed” Attorney Michael Cohen for the $130,000 paid to adult actress Stormy Daniels ahead of the presidential election; saying “Michael would take care of things like this. Like I take care of things like this for my clients. I don’t burden them with every single thing that comes along."

“That money was not campaign money,” said Giuliani. “It’s not campaign money. No campaign finance violation.”

The former Mayor of New York City went on to say that the President learned of the payment after the case went public; adding Trump was unaware of the “specifics” of the arrangement.

Watch Giuliani on ‘Hannity’ above.

LMAO :joy:

Culpable deniability is totes cool when there’s an (R) after the name.

America’s Mayor hurt his client last night. There is a greater chance Trump will be deposed under oath because of Guliani.

Kelly Ann Conway’s husband tweeted a good point - if Trump repaid the 130K over time, then it was a loan.

Loans are still accountable to campaign finance regulations. And Whats-his-name exceeded the legal limit with this loan.

Stormy’s attorney is having a field day this morning. Lol!

Michael Avenatti, attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels, said Rudy Giuliani’s stunning Wednesday night interview on Fox News will doom the presidency of Donald Trump.

Giuliani told Sean Hannity that Trump repaid his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, for the $130,000 sent to Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement, something the president has previously denied. Daniels claims the agreement kept her from discussing her alleged affair with Trump.

In response, Avenatti told “CNN Tonight” that Trump could face “potential criminal liability” related to money laundering, campaign finance and fraud violations.

“I said it weeks ago, I’m going to say it again: Mr. Trump will not serve out his term,” Avenatti said. “No way. No how. He will be forced to ultimately resign. This is a bombshell.”

No one with any semblance of honesty believes:

  1. Trump didn’t have an affair with porn star Daniels
  2. Trump didn’t know about the NDA and the $130K hush money
  3. Trump wasn’t lying on Air Force One when he denied knowing anything about any of this
  4. Trump isn’t lying about all of this today.

I also like when Giuliani said he doesn’t like to bother his clients with all the details of cases because they are busy people, as some justification for Trump to not know Cohen paid off the porn star.

I’m sure Melania is having a great day together. More evidence her husband is a pathological liar who makes embarrassing her a daily event.

It’s glaringly obvious they are just concocting another story. I hope they don’t get away with this BS.

Well if Rudy said it, it must be taken as gospel as if Jesus himself had said it.

Poor deluded lefties… Collusion delusion leading to impeachment dreams. LMAO!

This is a pathetic post.

Even though I don’t want 45 impeached, I seriously doubt you can say/type with a straight face that 45 is not making you as a supporter look stupid. That lie he told on AF1 is not just a lie he told to the media, he lied to you too. But you’re okay with that, right?

I guess 45 was right about loving the poorly educated and them being his strongest supporters.

Yes or no, do you trust the story you’re getting from Trump and his legal team?

Even if Trump paid him back right away it’s an unreported campaign expenditure by Trump. Still a crime, and I believe I saw somewhere it’s a felony.

If trump goes down I’d bet my house we will never see you here again.

Rudy doesnt decide who violated the law.

More blatant conflation of the issues – Robert Mueller isn’t investigating the Stormy Daniels / Trump payment issue. I guess this sort of thing plays well with the intended audience.

Rudy said he seeks to re-combine the two and that him speaking about both as one is his strategy.

It is nice that Rudy went on Hannity and again this morning on Fox & Friends to assure the base that no crime has been committed. However after having done a lot of reading on this subject I agree with the lawyers who say that no matter how you structure it, at least one crime has been committed. What Rudy is doing is simply trying to give Cohen some cover. I believe that Trump is very scared that Cohen will flip. And I think that with the knowledge that he possibility has, Trump has good reason to be nervous.
