Yea Texas GOP spent yesterday tweeting about how cool Beto is. It really didn’t work out.
As an aside, I’m interested to see if the Texas election commission puts "Rafael Cruz"on the ballot. It might confuse some Republican voters. “Rafael? I thought Ted Cruz was running. I ain’t votin’ for no Rafael.”
I hope the Rally does happen, and Trump drags Cruz out on stage. It’d be great footage to play over all the things Trump said about Cruz.

It’s no secret- he has discussed it during the campaign. After all, it didn’t hurt Bush 43, did it?
They’re trying to make a big deal out of it now, claiming “it was more dangerous than initially reported!” and accusing him of trying to drive away.
This tells me they’re scared ****less of this guy, and this is the best oppo they have.

Cruz is super pathetic.
Trump insulted his wife and father. While Cruz said Trump was amoral and a coward.
Now he wants that same man to help him.
Nobody likes Ted Cruz.
I stil can’t get over the fact that in 2018 the GOP actually thought that showing that Beto skateboarded and was in a punk band and played guitar with Willie Nelson would be some kind of killshot.

Except for the many principled conservatives who typically vote for Republican candidates and who also despise Trump.
They must be more frustrated than any of us.
Imagine if the Democrats had nominated a reality show host or a Kardashian. I’d be climbing the walls.

I know two forumers who like Ted Cruz, but naming them might be offensive to them and lead me to a ban.
If they continue on their current path I’m expecting the Ted next fundraising video to be shot from a ATT Stadium skybox declaring Beto out of touch with regular Texans.
