Are you really pretending to be unfamiliar with the legal concept of intent?
There are hundreds of analogies to your birthday cake. I attended a performance of “Hamilton” where Lin-Manuel Miranda lied about being a two-hundred and fifty year old Revolutionary War patriot. Do you think the deception ruined my evening?
Deception to make a child happy is not analogous to deception to get people to send you money they would not otherwise spend. This is almost too obvious to post.
Looks like that poster learned from the Dersh playbook. Man since Dersh is still practicing law, i want my license too since i know mens rea.

That just shows they know their base.
Oh my another whataboutery. Its funny its all you guys have. Your own link shows the RNC doing exactly that. Do you read your own links?
When I listen (rarely) to AM talk radio I hear ads for emergency food, gold, divorce attorneys for men that need to protect their assets, and ED treatments.
Do those advertisers know their base?
So the response is “so what?”,”warning about potential scams is electioneering”, “whataboutery” “non sequitors” and “buh buh democrats but my link shows the RNC doing exactly what i accuse democrats for” this is fun.

I expect even libs not to be stupid enough to think that is any sort of actual census mailing.
Please, folks, don’t break my faith in the intelligence and common sense of the average person – of any political stripe.
If the underestimated voter falls for the scam then it’s in them. It’s their jobs to educate themselves on scams designed to trick them.
People fall for scams. Scammers should face consequences.
I think scammers should suffer the consequences, we have laws against fraud.
You know those scam calls from the “Social Security Administration”, calling to tell you your Social Security Number has been “suspended”, and that you need to call them immeditely (and send them giftcards) to fix it?
I would hope that no one is stupid enough to fall for those - and yet, people do every day.

I am assuming you are speaking for yourself.
If not, when you find someone who fell for this “scam”, we’ll have something to talk about.
Then file a law suit and make a case. But more importantly make sure you let the under educated know about this dastardly scam so they are frauded by the RNC.
This is one reason i love watching scam baiters. Tech support scammers get their entire systems shut down by the memz trojan.
Ummm i was talking generally lol

Don’t make B’fox yell at you for whataboutism.
I specifically addressed the supposed “scam” being discussed in this thread. I’m sure you can stay on topic too.

Oh. Derailing your own thread I see.
Sad to watch.
In the mean time, here’s a link to help you with your hair:
Lol the one i was referring to was specifically a “but democrats do it too nyeeeh” post without much commentary which is probably indicative of him missing the picture of the RNC doing it. shrug
I like when they say the " local cops will be sent to your address" or " they will take you immediate jail"
Unfortunately, people fall for it.
