Eddie Money, 'Two Tickets to Paradise' singer, dead at 70 | CNN

Eddie Money, the singer and songwriter that was known for hits from the 1970s and 1980s such as “Baby Hold On” and “Take Me Home Tonight,” died Friday morning following complications from esophageal cancer, his family announced.

Why did I not see this the amount of time I spend online? I loved his music, still listen to it taking walks.

And he passed on Friday the 13th too. Rest In Peace Eddie. Your music still is a joy!

What will be ironic is that Ozzy Osbourne will be the longest lived of all the 70s rockstars. Which is shocking considering the amount of heroin that man shot into his arm.

I saw him live a few times, many years ago. He was playing the county fair circuit.
