I am. I was let in because of my education/proffesion which was in demand in the USA.
I had to prove that I was healthy, had no criminal record, was married and paid my plane fare.
In other words I came to instantly CONTRIBUTE and proved I can support my self and be no dependant on hand outs and Welfare.
THAT’S how Immigration USED to be.

Right but you come from an Eastern European country whose culture differs form American culture. Many European immigrants have been arrested for gang related activity. The Albanian mob (not saying you are Albanian) has a lot of immigrants in this country

Immigration did not just used to be that way.
Russian Jews come to mind. They are considered refugees.

Same here but reading your post seems like you came over because you married a US Citizen. I am not excusing illegal immigration but I can understand why people are on the move more around the world.
I ended up in the US not because I was seeking a better life but my wife (at the time) was American and the rest is history

Just because someone supports the conservatives does not make them far right. In fact those rioting more than likely do not vote or have any real interest in the political process. I know the type, I grew up with them. They just want to cause some aggro and have an excuse to kick someones head in.

In the UK its not illegal immigrants rioting its British born citizens who keep talking about British Values but never actually articulate what they are.
