Maybe you need to go back through the years and see how many times these leftist who called themselves conservative caved to the left and gave them what ever they wanted.
Remember the years that the left longs for when everyone got along in DC and compromised. What the left really longs for is all those years the GOP rolled over and gave the left what ever they wanted.
Then these conservatives who were really leftist would run to the people who elected them and say we got you this little token thing there was nothing else we could do. But elect me again and I will work really hard to get you what you want next time.
Maybe the true conservative have gotten tired of the losers who always caved and are now in the process of booting the turn coats out and electing people who will stand up for conservative ideas and not back down. Maybe they want people who will go to the mat for them and not weak losers who take the easy road because the news media might call them a bad name.
There is a change going on in the GOP and the old rhinos need to change or go to the party they really support. We will be a party of bold colors.
