A great deal.

Why? Would it make a difference if it was published in the Washington Post or the WSJ or any of the big city newspapers?

I don’t know. You tell me … you’re the one who used the label. I just want to know where you stand if you are not part of either of those groups.

Editors set the tone for a tome.

Is there still time to throw my name into the hat?

I think that someone like Sherrod Brown would scream bloody hell if some editor messed with his op-ed article.

Possibly. :joy:

He thinks that calling someone who didn’t ask you to call is illegal.

Never said anything like that; but harassment is illegal and there are precedents for harassment using unwanted phonecalls.

Calling a phone number with intent to harass is illegal.

Was anything stated on any of these calls that could be deemed harassment? Or were they just disconnects? If the latter, then proving intent against each individual would be incredibly challenging. Even if that is what we all believe to be the case.

@PurpnGold Have you made any progress on this one? I know it’s only been a day and we all have lives. Just curious.

This was nothing more than domestic terrorism

Of course you did, you said this when speaking about the phone calls:

So telling someone something they don’t want to hear is harassment. Gotcha.

Now show me the statute that makes it illegal.

What threats were made?

Terrorism

Evidence?

I am still researching but from what it looks like is this group was just trying to clog the lines. They didn’t actually harass anyone. Ding dong ditch of telephone.

Still researching though

That wasn’t what happened. Making things up to cover criminality is just so Trumpian.

They called? Terrorists gonna terror…
