So have the democrats. They have called for republicans to negotiate on Healthcare and they refuse. They have an altimatum pass a clean CR and then we will negotiate on Health Care. What about this republican party or this president leads democrats to trust that? This is why they wont vote on cleanResolution. Once they do they have lost their bargaining chip.
