Well that is precisely what Biden and democrats are doing.

I agree with you that the administration has ■■■■■■ up big time on inflation, I just don’t think it’s intentional.

Biden is doing a great job with the economy. What we have here is a failure to communicate.

Do you think that the price of fuel is to move people to electric cars? Biden said that this was his intent when he was running, so is this intentional?

If it is intentional then it was extremely stupid. People who can’t afford $5 gas can’t afford to buy an EV either.

Democrats don’t usually think that way…it’s not how their brain works.
You may have a point, but I am still a registered Democrat and my brain does work that way. Though there is a lot of idiocy in my caucus, I wish there were more than two caucuses to chose from.

Sadly… we have an electoral system and not a parliamentary one… so two parties we are stuck with.

I wish there were more than 2 parties as well - because frankly they both suck in their current form.

Yup. Obama’s election broke the brains of the right.
Democrats may have bad ideas, they may make mistakes, but to accuse them of trying to destroy the country (while quite possibly eating babies and almost certainty diddling kids) is absurd

Because, foolishly, they have expectations of continuing rewards from China for assisting the rise of China by assisting the weakening of the US. And they run on hate and spite, determined that if they can’t have control of the US beyond 2024, then no Americans will.

Is this thread a good example of how you guys think?
(Of course it is, this is a rhetorical question)

I think the president has little to no control over gas prices in the short term. Yes, I think some Democrats look at higher gas prices as a positive development that will push people to alternatives faster, but that’s a terrible political strategy.
